This course is designed to enhance students' abilities in critical reading, analytical thinking, and academic writing. It focuses on developing the skills necessary to comprehend complex academic texts, evaluate arguments, and produce well-structured, credible research papers and essays that meet the standards of higher education.

1. Must be willing to teach in person in Shanghai, China.

2. Native English speaker from countries such as the USA, UK, Australia, etc. is highly preferred.

3. A Master's degree or above is required; a doctoral degree is preferred. Patient, enthusiastic about teaching, and with a high sense of responsibility.

4. Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant teaching experience is required.

5. Relevant teaching certificates are preferred.

1. Plan the curriculum, prepare lessons, and deliver flexible instruction to efficiently achieve teaching goals and tasks for Critical Reading and Academic Writing courses.

2. Submit required teaching documents regularly based on the teaching progress, including course plans, slides, and assignments.

3. Prepare and submit exam papers according to the university's regulations, and assist with invigilation, grading, and student grade registration and feedback.
