The content covers perceptrons, multi-layer feedforward networks, backpropagation algorithms, convolutional neural networks (CNNS), recurrent neural networks (RNNS), Transformer architectures, and generative models (such as Gans and VAEs). Carry out practices in combination with the PyTorch framework and deepen understanding through tasks such as image classification and sequence prediction. The course emphasizes the balance between mathematical derivation and engineering implementation, cultivating students' full-process capabilities from theoretical modeling to experimental verification, and laying a solid foundation for subsequent research directions such as large models and multimodal learning.

Job Responsibilities
