We do not collect sensitive personal information such as government IDs, biometric data, or precise geolocation. If you voluntarily include such information in your resume, we process it only as part of your application.

- Display your profile and resume to employers according to your privacy settings.
- Facilitate job applications and notify you of application status updates.
- Improve and secure our Platform.

- Employers: Your resume visibility is controlled by you.
- Service Providers: We use third-party email services to send notifications. These providers act as data processors and are contractually bound to protect your data.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
6. International Data Transfers
Our Platform infrastructure is hosted on Alibaba Cloud. The Talent site servers are located in the United States, with acceleration for access from China. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different data protection laws.
7. Your Rights and Choices
- Access and Correction: You may update your profile and resume via your account dashboard.
- Withdraw Consent: You may change your resume visibility settings at any time.
- Response Time: We will respond to your requests within 15 business days.
8. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active. After deletion, we retain minimal information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
9. Third-Party Services
We currently do not integrate any third-party SDKs or analytics tools.
10. Children’s Privacy
Our Platform is not intended for children under 14. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 14.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be notified. Historical versions will be made available for at least 24 months.
