User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to MangoMentor Talent (“Platform”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Platform provided by Beijing Haina Lingyu International Education Technology Co., Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By registering or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. 

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 14 years old to use the Platform. If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental or guardian consent. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 14. 

3. Account Registration

- You may register using a valid email address.

- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. 

4. Profile and Resume

- You may create a profile and upload a resume containing information such as name, gender, date of birth, phone number, email, work experience, education, and a brief introduction.

- All resumes are subject to manual review before being published.

- You may choose whether to make your resume public or private.

- You may delete or modify your resume at any time via your account settings. 

5. Job Applications

- You may submit your resume to job postings.

- Application status updates (e.g., resume matched, position filled, not suitable) will be sent via email and in-platform notifications.

- The Platform does not support real-time chat or interview scheduling. 

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

- Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

- Impersonate another person or entity.

- Use the Platform to harass, abuse, or harm others.

- Upload content that infringes any third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.

- Violate any applicable laws or regulations. 

7. Content Ownership and License

You retain ownership of all content you submit. By submitting content, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content solely for operating and improving the Platform.  

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that you will receive any job offers or that applications will be successful. 

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. 

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent court in Tongzhou District, Beijing. 

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or platform notice.
